Lunch time In St Augustine might be our favorite time of the day! In this episode of Old City Livin' we had the pleasure of shooting at Sporks in Saint Augustine Beach; one of our favorite lunch spots. Not only did we get to see firsthand how the delicious food is made, but we also had the opportunity to make one of my favorites ourselves!
Sporks is a family-owned and operated restaurant that serves a variety of delicious dishes, including sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The owners, Miles and he’s amazing wife Libby, are passionate about creating high-quality food that is both delicious, unique, and will keep you wanting more!
During our visit, we watched Miles make the Special Grilled Cheese of the day and it was amazing to see the care and uniqueness he put into each step of the process all while using local ingredients. He even tested us a little by having us make a black bean hummus wrap. It was a fun and unique experience and the wrap turned out delicious (not as good when the pros make it; but still amazing).
The atmosphere at Sporks is casual and comfortable, making it a great spot for a quick casual lunch with friends and family. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they truly care about providing a great experience for their customers.
Overall, Sporks is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for delicious and healthy food in Saint Augustine Beach. From the homemade sauces to the fresh ingredients, the food is top-notch. We highly recommend checking out Sporks for your next meal!
