No, prior experience in real estate is not required. We take pride in assisting new agents and helping them succeed. However, you must hold an active real estate license.

No, there are no desk fees. We cover your errors and omissions (E&O) insurance and provide office supplies.

We offer a highly competitive commission split incentive program that makes it easy to achieve high commission splits.

Reach Realty provides leads to all agents who wish to operate on the team. These leads come from verified sources that are paid for by Reach Realty and are delivered directly to the agent via our CRM system.

We provide a transaction coordinator at no cost to all team lead deals. For personal deals, the transaction coordinator charges a fee of $350 at the time of closing.

There are no set office hours, but as an agent of Reach Realty, we expect you to fulfill your daily duties, follow up with leads, and generate deals. We only hire agents who are committed to taking their careers to the next level and are dedicated to working and making deals happen.

At Reach Realty, with our provided structure, we expect agents to achieve a minimum sales amount of $3,500,000 per year, which averages to approximately 7 homes sold.
